She has spent 15 years in client relations here, on the side of the work clients notice only when it goes wrong: paperwork that has to be right the first time, applications that have to arrive complete, records that have to be findable a year later when someone rings with a question about them.
She is a commissioned Notary Public, so documents that need notarizing are handled in the office rather than sent somewhere else.
