    President

    Paul Barich is President of Barich & Associates, born and raised in Redlands, where he opened the firm in 1979. He still takes clients himself.

  • Joann Barich

    Vice President of Operations

    Vice President of Operations, with 15 years in client relations at Barich & Associates. Joann keeps the paperwork behind a policy accurate and findable, and is a commissioned Notary Public.

  • Megan Barich

    Vice President

    Vice President, in health insurance, life insurance and employee benefits since 2006. Megan is Paul Barich's daughter, and explains what a plan does not cover as plainly as what it does.

  • Leticia Zamora

    Vice President of Administration

    Spanish and English, and at Barich & Associates since 1994. Leticia works a claim or a coverage question until it is answered.

  • Jovon Roe

    Sales Agent

    20 years in client relations, and at Barich & Associates since 2018. Jovon has taken the same clients through every enrollment period since.

  • Jaiden Roe

    Sales Agent

    Sales agent at Barich & Associates since 2024, working across health insurance and Medicare. Jaiden is Jovon Roe's son.
